She will go from , "என ஞாபகம் இருக்கா ?" to "so, only girlfriends ah?" in less than 3 minutes. 
She will talk to you about everything you shy away from.She will talk about how ambitious she is and never even bat an eye even if you judge her. She will not wait for you to call her. She will ask you out, right away without even a heads up and shatter all the stereotypes that you've built up in your head. 

What will a guy who puts up a smile even when a world crashes down do, when he meets a girl of this kind ?
Starts living with her right away! Not just that, he will sing duets in his "கண்மணி மடியில்". 

The evergreen director, Manirathnam makes us fall in love with the fun to be couple 'Aadhi and Thara'. 
He makes us go 'awww' through every other smirks and teases. 
A fight sequence between a couple. Say now more. 

He'll make you fall in love with our dearest couples first fight that will obviously make us blush, when Thara yells, "முதல் சண்டை. உலகத்துக்கே upload பண்றேன். சிரிக்காத , லூசு. 'Urrrr' னு பாரு ". 
She has always been the kind of extreme that our dearest kanna could never contemplate. Extremities is in her traits. 
She goes straight from, "love ah? வாய திறந்து சொல்ல மாட்டியா ?" To "shhh! எனக்கு ice cream வேணும் ". 

When the cheeky , always on the heels girl explores her little emotional side of herself , the feelings hit the shore like the giant wave that practically drenches us.
Yet she chooses to keep it to herself, just not to scare him away. What if, he gets freaked out? 
What if, he gets mad at her for ruining the perfect plan? 
What if,he leaves her right away? 
But, worst of all, what if, he gets to see how much she loves him?

Love always throws tantrums, it sure does with them too. 
Tara had to choose between two things. Somewhere in between wanting to be " இன்று மட்டும் king and queen ah" and yearning for "பிரிவு ஒன்று நேரும் என்று தெரியும் கண்ணா , என் பிரியத்தை அத நாளே குறைக்க மாட்டேன் ", they wanted a relationship like "Ganapathy uncle and Bhavani aunty". 
The parallel story that casts the happily married couple's residence where Aadhi lives in with Tara. .
Life always picks up the right moment to be ridiculously cruel and Bhavani aunty is diagnosed with Alzheimer's syndrome. 

Despite the illness, Bhavani aunty and Ganapathy uncle are the ones with love lingering in their heart, nevertheless. 
The old couple narrating the decade old love stories and laughing at each other's jokes.
The relationship which brings back the hope to love. The relationship where the real struggle is managing not to forget our dear own beloved. The relationship where "உங்களையும் ஒரு நாள் மறந்து விடுவேனா , கணபதி ?" means "I love you". 
Not everyone of us , get what we really wish for. 
Do we? 
But, at the end of the day, all it matters is a tad more reassurance and all it takes is a kiss on the forehead to ensure you, "It's all gonna be alright!"

Sometimes, it's not just Bhavani aunty who forgets everything, when love breaches in , you tend to forget anything and everything around. Vairamuthu pens in and Sathyaprakash mesmerises us with his scintillating voice , when the lyric sways right in "நினைவுகளை மறக்கிறேன்,
 நிகழ் கணமும் மறக்கிறேன், 
இடம் பொருளை மறக்கிறேன், 
எது எனதும் மறக்கிறேன்".

When Bhavani aunty goes missing, Aadhi and Tara , in search of Bhavani aunty, found what they really seeked. From "Kalyanam is for fools. 10 - 15 girlfriends dan. நான் சும்மா பணக்காரன் ஆகப்போறேன் ." to "Paris போ ! கேரிஸ் போ , ஆனா என்னை கல்யாணம் பண்ணிக்கிட்டு போ ", They evolved. 

Never did they realise that just by goofing around, they planned a future together, involuntarily. 
But, when the expected happened unexpectedly, Tara held on to Aadhi with all her heart and refused to part ways. 
" எனக்கு மட்டும் என் எழவு வீட்கு போற மாதிரி இருக்கு.நீ மட்டும் ஜாலி ஆ இருக்க. இந்த ஆறு மாசம் தன என் life ல யே best time. Let's not ruin this.", She convinces herself. 

With every other passing scene, the plan to enjoy the remaining days gives up and her tears comes to the rescue. 
Is it the fear of losing him? 
Is it the fear of being replaced? 
Is it the fear of the fleeting moment? 
Is it the fear of haunting memories? 
Is it the fear of parting ways and not meeting ever again?
